Nepal Paper-Visa Requirements

  • Original passport (valid for at least 7 months)
  • Online visa application form
  • Two passport-size photographs
  • Clear copy of applicant’s CNIC
  • Request letter on company letterhead / letter from your firm or company / no objection letter
  • Employment letter (if employed) and last 3 salary slips
  • Account maintenance certificate, signed and stamped by bank authorities
  • Latest six-month bank statement, signed and stamped by bank authorities, with a minimum closing balance of Rs. 300,000/- showing all transactions
  • Return air ticket itinerary
  • Hotel booking confirmation
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • If attending a seminar/workshop/meeting/conference: a copy of the invitation letter
  • If invited by a friend, family member, or sponsor:
    • Letter of invitation with full sponsor details (full name, address, contact details including email and mobile number)
    • Copy of the sponsor’s passport or citizenship certificate
    • Statement confirming the sponsor will bear all costs of the visit
