Russia Sticker-Visa Requirements

  1. Basis for Visa Issuance
    • Tourist voucher confirmation – an official invitation from a Russian tour operator (good quality scanned copies accepted).
    • This confirmation of acceptance of a foreign tourist must be issued on the official letterhead of a registered Russian tour operator (with a valid MBT reference number) and include:
      • Full name (as per passport), date of birth, gender, passport number, and citizenship
      • Date of entry and exit from the Russian Federation
      • Number of entries* and purpose of visit (tourism)
      • Itinerary, accommodation details, and list of paid services (transport, accommodation, excursions, etc.)
      • Name, full address, and MBT number of the host tourist organization
      • Signature, title of authorized representative, organizational seal, and issue date

  3. Hotel accommodation confirmation and proof of full payment
  4. Copies of air tickets
  5. Health insurance
  6. Bank account statement
  7. Police certificate
  8. Passport copy
  9. Original passport
    • Must have at least 2 blank visa pages
    • Valid for at least 6 months after visa expiry
    • Include high-quality copies of the passport pages containing the photo and address, both on the same A4 sheet
  10. Visa application form
  11. Color photograph
    • Taken within the last 6 months
    • Size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm
    • Must be in natural color, no dark outlines, stains, or creases
    • White, uncluttered background with no flash or shadows

  • Trade partner invitation letter
  • Guarantee Letter

Visa Processing Time
